Need some desktop help

figured this would be the appropriate place to put this. and i know there are THOUSANDS of other online threads, but none too unique to my wants/needs and wat i have.

Ive always been a built not bought guy. so as tough and pricey it may end up, id rather build up my PC to handle moderate gaming instead of buying a system that can do it off the shelf. why you may ask, lets say i like the journey.

Ill post up wat i have. Granted its bone stock, nothing modified except ive added 2 case fans that i took from an old computer to help cooling for future use.

Instead of typing out my comps specs, ill leave a link to em.

Seem like a pretty good starting base. My 3 biggest hold backs at the moment are crappy vid card, need a bigger/better power supply (300W if its not listed on the site), and i have a nonprogrammable/editable MB (motherboard).

so for now, id like some advice on a good, compatible power supply and vid card. granted ill get the power supply first obviously.

im also all up for buying used but working parts/accessories as long as theyre compatible and better than wat im running haha
