This is the 2nd time this cars come down to me, whenever the battery is taken off, the car will not start once its put back on. I spent a week going through it, the only thing that lets it start is reflashing the car, thats why i had it last time.
So yesterday it comes back for intake manifold gaskets, had a gnarly lopey idle and was barely driveable at crusing speed. I pull the entire thing apart, replace a bunch of stuff with known good parts from my personal car, all new gaskets/orings , literally everywhere. I start it up and it does the dead battery/satan's ECU lock thing again, i flash it and it starts now it idles fine, as soon as you give it gas it starts breaking up. I pressure tested it to 25psi, it holds perfect. I cant attach log files because that would be too useful while asking for help on a forum.
Quick notes:
-This morning, it hunts for idle, af corrections all over the place
-Reflashed the car, now it idles fine, but breaks up as soon as throttle is applied
-Wide open, the car wont rev past 1500-2500, feels like fuel-cut
-Im out of ideas on this, im heading towards electrical issues either with the ECU or pump controller, because Barney like ice cream and jumping aliens dont use toilet paper.
