(I will have engine bay pics if anyone makes a serious offer. It's in very good condition)

Hello,

Up for sale/trade is my Kutani Red Pearl 1991 Stealth R/T hatch. This car is mechanically identical to a 1991 Mitsubishi 3000GT SL. It is 100% stock, classic car qualified. The vehicle is a 5-speed manual transmission, 24-Valve, DOHC V6. As of RIGHT NOW it has 52,986 miles. This car is Kutani Red and has cream leather interior. It has 222hp and 201lb torque. Below are the specs that I consider the most accurate... A good driver gets 6.7 seconds stock, mind you. I would put it at about 7 seconds, but I don't jump on it in any car. I baby the car. I never have, never will beat the &*^% out of my cars... pardon my language. I will not trade or sell to anyone who I think will destroy the car. The color combo is incredibly rare and everything is in amazing condition, and the car runs like new. As far as I know, there are only two left in existence on the road, including mine. There are some minor pings on the body and a crease on the hood that came from a previous owner. I do not know how much it would cost to have repaired, but a hood and the color can be replaced for under $300, I believe. You would just have to wait until you find a hood. It may only cost $50. If I find one, my car just jumped another $500 in value lol. The color code is R25/PRG. The roof is a black clearcoat (like the lights) and has just begun to minorly start wearing... interesting note: it still looks like the original color paint is underneath, but I know the tops on all of these cars were black in this combo from researching the VINs over time. The black clearcoat that is wearing is only noticeable if you are getting in the driver's side door and is about three inches in diameter. It can easily be fixed. It is impossible to see, otherwise. It is a black clearcoat top and very easy to do. I am not a paint wiz and not saying you have to be, but the car is beautiful and if I messed up, I'd be very upset with myself. Paint is near perfect on the car otherwise. I will edit in frontal shot... those are unrinsed soap bubbles in the photo below. The car is, as I said, 100% stock... straight down to the on-board equalizer & tape deck. It was so ahead of it's time that you can still plug an ipod into it and it's ready to go.

The car has an Electronically Controlled Suspension that is in perfect working order. Research this if you are interested in knowing more about it.

I am not KBB. This car is not worth $2,800... it is worth $10k+ NADA and can have classic plates on it in nearly every state. Colorado is one of the few states where it is not worth its classic status. I live in Lincoln, Nebraska... and I assure you that it this car is 100% stock and in perfect mechanical condition. I would like to trade for someone's 1999-2000 2.5RS RBP Coupe with under 135-140k miles. It must be a manual. It does not have to be stock. It must be near rust-free. My car has ZERO rust. The SRS light is on. I couldn't care less. The car has never been totaled or wrecked, nor had the airbags deployed, to my knowledge. I have researched the SRS dashlight and there is no chance or instance that they can deploy without warning. I will also edit with video of the car running just fine. Offers are considered until September 30, 2014. I will keep it if I do not find a trade or buyer. The car is gorgeous, but it's not what I will cherish.

The car is absolutely sexy. ZERO RUST. All of the leather is intact. There are no burns, not rips on any material. There is wear on a very smaller portion of the driver side seat leather, but not torn or cracked. If you're 6 feet tall, you have to almost slide in... ALL electronics work (power everything: windows, locks, partial electronically controlled seats, tour & sport suspension mode is fine. No CEL. Brakes, Tires, everything is fine. I will provide engine pics, video, etc. to anyone who can make me a serious trade offer. I will not sell until September of 2014. I will trade anytime.

I'll say this again... I am not KBB. I post on here very lightly and know the value of my vehicle. I purchased and sold a Rally Blue 1999 2.5RS Coupe on this forum. I sold it here in 2006'sh. The buyer paid the shipping and received my perfect RBP. His name was Sean and lives(d) in West Palm Beach, FL. I haven't spoken to him in years. Lost touch 6 months after selling when I made sure he took care of what was needed to ensure me that he had taken care of the car. I would like another RBP... bad. I made a "wanted ad" before, but no one made me a serious commitment to sell theirs upon my follow-ups.

1999-2000, manual 5 speed, less than 135-140k miles. I don't mind mods, but I'd prefer stock. I don't mind rebuilds, custom builds, tranny or engine replacements or swaps. I want equal value or a nice offer for my vehicle.

CLEAN TITLE. Offers open until I accept. If no one wants the car or I can't reach an agreement, no worries :) I like this community, and people were helpful to me in my last journey with my 2.5rs - I would just like another. I was forced to sell mine over points on my insurance. If the quarter panel has unfixable rust, I appreciate it, but no thank you.

Offer this month would take a serious amount of money or trade. Below is the car I sold and the same kind of car I want. Do not offer me an aspen, silver, or sadona or anything but RBP. Green is fine. I would also be incredibly interested in a nice '97+ Talon TSI or SVX that has been converted to manual. I feel bad being so picky, but I had the biggest crush on my own car, and I just want it back. Thanks for looking!

Moderators: I will bump this once per month if no inquiries until September.

BEST OFFER UNTIL SEPTEMBER (I do have a minimum)

or

THIS IS WHAT I WANT AGAIN:

-----------------------------------------------------------------

MY CAR (will consistenly update with more media, such as pics and video)
Most photos so far are from February 11, 2014 after a car wash. Any discoloration in paint is where water was drying. The white on the lower driver's side of the bumped is soap suds. The missing wheel on the driver's side rear costs $10.

Engine bay pics with serious inquiries. I assure you that everything is fine. Video will be edited in. Thanks for looking! The only major issue is that small crease on the hood and the need for new leather around the shifter.
