no link.....on scan tool...!!!

Hey Guys,

So I finally had a chance to wire in my AEM "FIC" on my 99 Subaru R.S, the problem I'm having is after cutting and splicing a few wires my scan tool seems to not be connecting to my ECU. I checked the wires and disconnected the "FIC" and still no connection. It worked prior and no fuses are blown.....Any help would be appreciated...
