I recently changed the timing belt in my ej16 & it seems to be running mostly fine, but it always idles at around 200 rpm which seems fairly low & I also hear a very faint thud thud thud coming from the engine bay (assuming this is to do with the low idle)
I replaced my fuel filter, air filter, spark plugs, etc & it still has the low idle, then I remembered back to when I installed the timing belt, the timing mark on the passenger side timing cover lined up perfectly with the belt mark and the pulley mark, but I couldn't get the drivers side belt mark to line up perfectly on the pulley, so I got it as close as I could and it lined up spot on with the timing cover mark also, so I assumed it must be right because that's as perfect as I could possibly get it.
It's hard to explain so I have included photos

are the markings okay like this or should I pull it all apart and move the drivers side crank pulley one notch over so that it lines up with the timing cover mark, even though the belt mark will not be in line?
