Manual to Power Windows...HELP!

I have a 1996 Impreza wagon and I want to convert to power windows.
I have the complete wiring harness along with the four door from a 1997
OBS.
Has anyone done this conversion and can share their knowledge?
Any information would be greatly appreciated.
