2002 RS to WRX Radiator help!

Hey guys/girls

I'm in the midst of a swap to a WRX from an '04 Wagon.
Anyways, I didn't get the radiator from the previous owner, and now I'm stuck.

Does anyone know what can be done about this? I've heard of people using t's to make it work, but I haven't found any good pictures of what they did. (I'm a visual learner)
