new/reman ej251, 150 miles later -> white smoke

Hey. I was wondering if anyone might spare some advice for me. I'm trying to learn about my car but I'm still a little new.

I put a re-manufactured engine (same one, ej251-- I wish I could have swapped up!) into my 2001 rs. I'm a little new so I was ridiculously meticulous. I took over 100 pictures and labeled everything over the course of 4 days and got it done. Pretty damn cool!

It worked fine for about 150 miles and then after I suppose slightly harder acceleration (3-3.5k rpm), shortly AFTER it starts spitting out white smoke out of for sure the exhaust so I stop right away and it won't start and seems like it's running on 3 cylinders so I take out the plugs and one looks fouled; the inside white part is black on one. So I change the spark plugs, pcv valve, and even the oil for kicks. Now it starts fine but still spits out white smoke from the tailpipe, no water. It doesn't really smell like anything to me. I only ran it for maybe a minute like this so I'm not sure if it's just residual.

Does anyone have any ideas or stuff I could try or what could be wrong? How fucked am I? heheh. Right after running and checking the dipstick I don't see any foamy stuff and the oil looked pretty clean when I changed it.

Thanks for any insight/opinion/comment/whatever!
