My dream car DID NOT include Pink..

Hey, Name is Darren and this is my '99 RS. Not only that, but it just happens to be the first Subie I ever wanted (when it came out) and the first Subie I've ever owned! Think I got pretty lucky on this one...





BUT, FIRST! What I had to start with..

Found this beauty on Craigslist and had to go check it out after taking a down payment for my '03 TDI Wagon. Drove GREAT, VERY little rust, Original exhaust, and Pink crap everywhere!













If you looked past all of that... it was a girls car that daddy paid for and got her everything she wanted.. she owned it for 7 years! Most it had in it was an intake and a short shifter(brands unknown), 170k miles, ALL available options and a very pricy sound system(minus the headunit/amp/sub).

Got her home and time to STRIP!
