I am looking into replacing my OEM midpipe with a custom one to mate to my Turboxs 3" axleback as the midpipe is rusted and the flange is leaking(might be gaskets or the flange). First question is what size/type resonator should i look into getting for tone louder then stock but not a cop magnet (looking for something i can hear in the cabin area but not overly annoying). While doing the custom job should i have the shop change the piping i.d. on the 3" axleback to a 2.5? having it match the new midpipe? I do enjoy the low tone that my axleback gets but i figure that will somewhat go away if i change its piping size? Currently have a Rallisport Racing UEL w HFC +stock rear cat
