so hears the story i had a 2003 forester x mt car and the body was rotten so i bought a 2000 outback mt with a bad motor to replace the vehicle i replaced the motor in the legacy with the forester motor at first i left the forester intake on because i was being lazy whatever .... car wont start so i play with it for a bit and end up trying a different ecu (2000 legacy gt auto) runs but piss poor 10 - 12 codes on at all times for all sorts of stuff
now i thought i broke the original ecu from using the forester intake(i have the normal one now) and the auto ecu starts just fine so i bought a new ecu from a junk yard and now i try to start it and get the same thing wtf............
2000 legacy mt with 2003 forester motor starts with auto ecu from 2000 legacy gt auto but will not start with the original and the replacement can someone tell me anything i am at a loss with this idk what to do
