Suspension and wheel set up advice

Hello all, I have been lurking in the shadows for 5 months now and taking in as much info as possible. There is so much info it is hard to decipher good from bad.

I own a 2000 RS completely stock DD. I would like to invest some money into her and want to do it right the first time. Here is some of what I gathered from my lurking.

Wants: 20 mm RSB
17X7.5 ET48 OZ Alleggerita HLT wheels "white"
205/50/ZR17 Continental ExtremeContact DW {tire rack recommended size} ??? wheel and tire weight 34.3 lbs.


Suspension ??? "Lost at this point"
Fender roll probably needed

Looking for performance, ride quality, Look. In that order. A small drop, low profile tire, filling the well is ok.

All info is greatly appreciated. Please give any recomendations on all of the above. I'm looking forward to all the knowledge you can give.
