Anyone have a part out price list so I know what to expect?

Hello everyone,
I'm battling the decision to part out my car, or to sell it outright. I need the money to renovate my garage/office before I can have a project car again. For those that are against parting out cars, I disagree and my point is the my body has seen winters in the northern states, and we can keep more RS's on the road if we keep the parts flowing around for the ones that are well taken care of.

Does anyone have a spreadsheet of how much they got for each part when they parted out their entire car? I can make estimates on some parts, but I feel this could be a better way.
