Alright so heres what Im up against. I replaced my rear rotors and pads about a week ago, and everything went smoothly. Both calipers retracted fine. Get it all back together and I still have a fading pedal when the car is on, when its off, the pedal is stick and strong feeling. So, I bleed the brakes, and it gets even worse when car is off and on. I did both bleeding sequences ( rr,lr,rf,lf) and then i did subaru's lf,rr,rf,lr, and still had no change. so I got a new master cylinder. turns out the MC was shot, put it on bled the brakes after bleeding the MC on the bench first of course, and still no change. Ive bled the brakes over and over using gravity bleeding, vacuum bleeding with a air compressor, and normal pump it up, yell hold, and crack the bleeder, still no change. Even tried manually cycling the ABS and still got nothing. Anyone have any ideas, because Im out and frustrated. :screwy:
