2.4rst Resurrection

Well after years of sitting due to it not running and me having multiple issues including time, funding, and illnesses I'm actually ready to peel off the car cover and pop the hood.

My build is as follows:
Platform = MY98 2.5rs
- EJ22T block
- Wiesco stroker pistons
- Phase 1 EJ25 crank & rods
- 98 DOHC heads
- FMIC
- Venom 720cc inj
- TD05 big 16g
- 3" catless TBE

My EMS was previously an e-manage ultimate using Greddy's MAP sensor and deleting the MAF. The engine was built and about 1000 miles driven on it for break-in prior to me installing the turbo and e-manage. I took the car to a POS shop to be tuned by no less than a "Greddy certified" tuner. Where they might as well have literally robbed me and I recieved the shitiest tune ever.

It never ran right from the beginning after being tuned. It ran pig rich and fouled plugs constantly. Would throw codes and stall out with no warning. Then it just got to the point where it wouldn't start at all. I had no idea what was going on, I thought that maybe a cam gear/s had jumped some teeth on a loose belt so I changed the belt and went with a gates belt for more rigidity. No such luck there either. The only thing that I think it could be at this point is either the e-manage or the injectors, and I know the rails are getting fuel.
This is where the car cover comes into play and years have since passed and mice have built nests in the car (yes really) and the e-manage has been sold.

My first step is to get it running again. I will need a new EMS and since where I live OBD2 testing isn't an issue I think going with a Megasquirt 2 would be the best option. Next I need to check the injectors out any recomendations on where to send them?

This car has been sitting for about 2 years without being cranked and has old gas in the lines. Whats the easiest way to empty the tank and fluch the lines?

I don't want to get too far ahead of myself here talking about a car that hasn't cranked it 2 years but once I do get it running I will be upgrading. Starting with a TD06 20g in place of the big 16g. From the big turbo guys running a stockish layout in the engine bay like myself, how did you get it to fit stock location? Does it have to be rotated? I know there hardly any room for the TD05's intake pipe so I can't imagine the TD06 on the same DP.

I'll be posting some pics and changing around this OP soon, just wanted to get some basic info out there and get some imput from the community.
