I am currently putting on some G-Force Sport comp-2's on my OZ wheels (oh yes) and currently have "JDM STi" suspension all around (springs and struts including brakes). The following week after the tire install, I have an appointment to get an alignment at the dealership (it does not pull or anything, but I figure it can't hurt with the new tires and gives the car a second set of eyes to look underneath, beside my own).
I was wondering if I should specify specific camber/toe adjustments for proper mad JDM racecar :naughty: lol
My strut mounts are all stock and so isn't most of the rest, but I was wondering as I do a fair bit of spirited driving what I should get it set to, to enjoy the most out of it (even if it's not very noticable). Having even tire wear is important, though I will rotate the tires frequently.
I come from saabs so forgive me if there isn't much play for adjustment in the suspension, but I noticed even though my saab drove straight and true, after getting it aligned to what the tuners out there were doing there was a bit of a decrease in "tracking" to the side as well as corner stability. Or if I should just let them do their thing setting to factory spec..
