Rust Repair & Part Verification

Hello everyone! Thanks for checking out my thread. I wanted to reach out to you guys, as I just picked up a 99 GC8 yesterday and am fixing up the body before I move onto the STI swap.

The car is in the northeast, so as to be expected, there is some rust. The rust is in the typical places, rear quarters, rocker panels, rear bumper beam etch. I am replacing the bumper beams with the lighter JDM ones, so that resolves that issue. Now, the biggest area of rust that I see as posing a challenge at this point is the rust on the underside of the rocker panels, and on the lil sub frame that comes over to the rocker panels behind the front wheels.

I have doing quite a bit of research, as I am about to start repairing these rust spots, as a friend and I were going to pretty much fabricate up what we needed. I looked all over and had a hard time finding any kind of replacement panels, but came across some that I just want to make sure I am looking at the correct parts, and part numbers.

First, here is the site: Subaru parts in Allentown, Scranton and Philadelphia | Ciocca Subaru Parts

After putting my year/make/model etc in the search module, I get to the page for exterior parts. Now, under the front floor board section, I believe I have located the "sill" pieces, or rocker panels. I want to make sure I have the correct pieces, as well as the correct part numbers. I did not see the part numbers shown on the diagram, in the list of parts to purchase. Here is a screenshot:

Now, from what I can tell, those are the pieces that I am looking for correct? For the right side would be "51515B" and the left side would be "51515B"? Also, anyone know where I could possibly find these, without getting absolutely killed price wise lol. I am also doing some searching as I sent an email to the company, but probably won't hear back for at least a few days.

Now, here is the diagram for the sub-frame pieces I was talking about earlier:

The part numbers would be "5123A*B" and "51231B*B" correct? I see they do have those part numbers listed there on their site, with the cost being about $300 total before their flat rate shipping of $75 lol.

Here is the rotted subframe section I am looking to replace:

The view is from looking into the front driver's side tire well, looking back towards the center of the vehicle. That rotted out piece that's basically missing goes from that subframe, don't think its the main frame according to the diagram above, and goes over to the beginning of the rocker panel, or sill. Let me know if I'm off base.

Appreciate the input and help everyone.
