Is Wikipedia Wrong? (GC Fenders)

I'm new to the GC scene and am still learning about these cars. Wikipedia claims the "STI" "GC8G (9/1999-9/2000)" has "the fender being sculpted to be more aggressive".

Now I can't find any information on these JDM 99-00 STi fenders. Based on my research, these are the OEM fenders that I've found to exist:

-Fenders With Molding Holes
-Fenders Without Molding Holes
-22B Fenders
