I am looking for a set of 17" tires for my OZ racing wheels. I went through the entire tire sticky on here, but there were few conclusions.
I am looking for a tire that has superior sidewall stability for autoX events that traverse both dirt and pavement and gravel and occasionally water. Basically Vermont potholed roads. I am not interested in all seasons as I will run dedicated winter tires, as you can't generally get away with all seasons up here. :burnout:
My budget would be 600 for the set. Hopefully this is feasible. :)
I'd like to get 15-20k miles out of them as well, at least the summer and maybe two. Road noise and comfort is of zero issue, as my car is basically on its way to being gutted. Just have to be rigid enough to survive some potholes, heh.

However they probably offer very very little dirt driveability.
