Car won't start, electrical/starter issue.

I replaced the Vehicle Speed Sensor and when i reconnected the battery the alarm went crazy. I do not have a remote. I tried to uninstall the security system to get rid of it and the starter interrupt because it is going to be a rallycross car. I remembered to undo starter interrupt and relink the ignition to the starter.

Now my car will not start. It turns on but when i turn the key to "start" the car does not crank at all. Instead it makes a grinding/clicking sound i have a video of the test here:

I got the security system reinstalled and disarmed (was able to reset it with the disarm button).

Is there a relay i might have blown?
