So I have built this car from the ground up. Everything is spot on with the car minus one major detail...overheating. I have no one to turn to on this so I hope you guys can help me out. The motor is a JDM EJ20G with 45k miles. Everytime I drive it into boost at 4500-5500 RPM's the coolant will blow out of the overflow bottle and out of the radiator. From what I know and have read that is the sign of a blown head gasket. Seems as if exhaust is getting into the coolant system. I have a TD05H turbo and 1.3 bar radiator caps.
My question was is everything routed correctly? What can I do to test this to make sure that is definitely it?
