GD (02-03) lowering springs on GC struts

So after a bit of searching & not quite finding what I was looking for, alas I'm starting a new thread about a GD/GC suspension combo. But as the title states, my inquiry is about GD lowering springs on GC struts. To be more specific, are there people who (have) run 02-03 WRX lowering springs on their GC struts? My understanding is that they'll fit right in, no modifications necessary (correct me if I'm wrong, please! ). I have GC-specific AGX's & I'm considering different lowering springs options.

I'm wondering about ride, handling & lowering height. If you have them, pics would be great.
