Help me piece together new brakes

I was not planning on doing this until I went with 4/2 pots. But my rear caliper is seized up and I guess now I have to fix my brakes. I figured if I am going to bleeding and pulling out the rear caliper, it's about time to do brakes all around. I have about 25k miles on the stock setup. Rear pads were changed once by Subaru 6 months ago.

So what does everyone recommend? I want to get something nice and grabby for the street/auto-x use. I have no idea where to begin.
