When I bought my 01 RS Impreza last month I realized that the hella horn on it wasn't working, i narrowed it down to a blown horn
So I replaced it with a cheap temporary one and it WORKED for a few days, but eventually became another blown horn
My airbag light has always been on
My cruise control didn't work when I tested it.
So, after research and looking at all of these links of removal/repair:

I tested it all out with my multimeter, and both ends of the connectors still have good connections so I assume the clockspring is still good.
I did order a new pair of hellas and I have them with me right now, but I am sceptical as to mount them up because I don't want them to blow as well.
Any ideas? Help? I do have a deal lined up to purchase a used clockspring but after my testing today I don't want to order one if mine is presumably fine.
