Do you guys think this would be a good buy?

I've found a 1998 that is labeled as 2.5RS, and it has a '04 WRX engine and transmission swap and many other parts. The guy wants $14,000, which seems like a lot and I'm not certain if such a car is a good buy, so I want some enthusiast opinions.
