What hardware to use when replacing exhaust gasket?

My 2000 OBS has a bad exhaust leak and after taking a look, it seems the muffler has become entirely detached from the resonator; I'm assuming the bolts rusted off because New England.

So I am buying a replacement gasket, seems this Walker gasket will do the trick, but I don't know what hardware to use to bolt the flanges back together. I found this bolt kit but according to the diagram on the page, that's only for between the cat and the resonator.

So is there a special part I should be using, can I use the kit I linked, or should I grab some stainless steel nuts and bolts from Lowes- if so, recommendations on size?
