Exhaust Clearance issue

So i recently installed a stromung catback and noticed today that with decreased load on the suspension, a crossmember (I don't know the specific name for it) contacts the pipe just before the muffler portion. It doesn't make contact when the car is under a normal parked load, but i sometimes get a rattle on start. Any suggestions on what to do so that there isn't any contact?
