I have a super clean 1996 V2 STi transmission TY752VB4AA for sale off of a very low mile swap I parted out a while back - cluster read just under 68k km which is in the low 30k mile range. This is the last revision of the very popular V2 4.11 tranny's so it is arguably the best version of this tranny you can get.
I was saving this tranny as a spare for my OBS-t since it is the most updated version of this type of transmission & such a clean low mile unit, but I'm cleaning out my garage & decided to go with a stronger tranny whenever the 4.11 tranny in my wagon finally dies.
I've pulled many 1.8s 60' times with my tranny without any issues & have run in the 12's, while underpoweredrs has run 12.0 - dam near 11 seconds on one of these for a while as well.
Some positives for these tranny's are
1. Stronger pull type clutch - soft pedaled stock clutch is capable of running 12's
2. Short gearing - better acceleration! + less stress on the tranny's internals
3. Cast iron clutch fork - will not break
4. Much more durable than Usdm trannys - my stock tranny lasted less than 1 month on boost, I've been on one of these trannys for many years now...
Looking to get $650 for this tranny picked up from NYC, I can throw in a flywheel, clutch cover, slave cylinder, & starter for an extra $100.
