FS (USA,CA): 1999 Forester S full jdm sti type 2 body conversion, coils, work vsxx 8k obo

Hey people's, I have a 99 forester S with a lower mileage (80,xxx miles) ej253 swapped in. I've owned it for 5 months and great amount of money has been spent to get all these rare parts. It has a full type 2 sti body conversion all oem components. New exedy clutch with new throw out bearing and pilot bearing installed 5k miles ago. It's still in project form. The bad- it needs a new passenger side axle since the boot is ripped. Needs alignment and Roll center adjusters to remove bump steer. Exterior needs to be painted and interior needs new carpet/seats. Something horrible in my life just came up for me and I really need to stop building cars for a while. My life unexpectedly dropped to the floor. I'm looking to get 8k obo.
