Help me ID this car for police!

Hey all,

My parents mailbox got the baseball bat treatment a few days ago... fortunately my dad is a sly fox and has a motion detecting camera installed ;)

Unfortunately it takes garbage photographs of cars traveling at high speeds...

Can anyone help ID make and model of this car? It seems to me like it might be a 04-06 impreza/wrx. Or a newer style scion TC. Eitherway it appears to red with gold rims. Any help or suggestions would be great in helping to make sure this doesn't keep happening. Thanks!
