I have 3 extra shift knobs I am trying to get rid of. All are brand new. The shift knobs are made out of titanium alloy and are weighted, ~195 grams each. I know these fit Subaru applications with M12 x 1.25 pitch size. I've used them on my STI, GC, and my Toyota Supra. These are real titanium alloy and I've used them for over a year on my current Supra and the knob has yet to fade at all. Great quality piece.
